Standard SKU kraft mailers in stock became critical. We doubled inventory of 6x9 and 10x13 sizes.
Protective Packaging
Bubble mailers and corrugated-inside paper bags replaced traditional gift boxes for direct-to-consumer shipping.
Remote QC
With travel restrictions, we set up video QC calls and photo reports with timestamped watermarks for every batch.
The Long Tail
The acceleration of DTC brands in 2020 permanently changed our product mix. E-commerce packaging now represents a growing share of our output.
