- Laser engraving — a subtle, durable finish on coated or colored mugs.
If your budget is tight and you need large quantities, stoneware is usually the practical pick. For gifts that need to feel more premium, bone china is worth the higher price.

Most branded mugs fall between 8 oz and 14 oz. The most common request we see is 11 oz, which suits coffee, tea, and hot chocolate without feeling too big or too small. Custom shapes are possible, but they add tooling cost, so they make more sense for larger orders.
MOQ and Lead Time
For custom ceramic mugs, our typical minimum order is 300 pieces. Sample lead time is about 5-7 days, and mass production takes roughly 7-10 days after sample approval. If you have a specific date in mind (like a trade show or product launch), it helps to confirm the schedule with us before placing the order.
How to Order
1. Send us your logo or artwork (vector files like AI or PDF work best). 2. We prepare a digital proof showing the mug and print placement. 3. Approve a sample if you want to check the print quality. 4. We run production and share QC photos before shipping.
