Construction Options
Two-Piece Lid and Base
Classic and reliable. Lid overhang of 3-5mm is standard; tighter fits feel more premium.
Magnetic Closure Flip-Top
Neodymium magnets embedded in the lid give a satisfying click. Requires precise magnet pocket cut into greyboard.
Drawer Slide
Drawer boxes need low-friction rails. Velvet or satin ribbons are standard pulls for beauty and jewelry brands.
Finishing Details
Edge wrapping quality, dust flaps, and inside-lid printing distinguish hand-finished boxes from automated ones. Ask your supplier for close-up photos before bulk approval.
