By accessing and using this website or placing an order with Elkpromogift ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice and 30% deposit. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
Custom orders require approved artwork before production begins. Any changes to specifications after order confirmation may incur additional charges and extend production time.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces for paper bags and 300 pieces for rigid boxes. Lower quantities may be accepted for certain products with a surcharge. Please contact our sales team for specific MOQ requirements.
We accept the following payment methods:
Sample production takes 5-7 working days after artwork confirmation. Sample fees are charged according to product complexity and are refundable upon placing a bulk order of qualifying value. Shipping costs for samples are borne by the buyer.
Standard production time is 15-25 working days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on order quantity and product complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated with prior confirmation and potential surcharge.
Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, port congestion, customs delays, or government actions.
We offer the following trade terms: EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF, and DDP (door-to-door). Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and volume. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country unless DDP terms are agreed.
All products undergo in-house quality control before shipment. Buyers are welcome to arrange third-party inspection (SGS, BV, etc.) at their own cost. Any quality claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of goods with photographic evidence.
Minor variations in color, size, or material texture are inherent to custom manufacturing and do not constitute defects. A tolerance of ±5% in quantity is standard for paper packaging products.
Buyers warrant that any artwork, logos, or designs provided for production do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. We shall not be held liable for any trademark or copyright infringement claims arising from buyer-provided artwork.
We retain the right to use images of produced products for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. In case of verified defects, we will offer replacement, re-production, or partial refund at our discretion. Shipping costs for returns must be pre-approved.
We treat all buyer information, designs, and order details as confidential. We will not disclose or share buyer information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping companies).
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, or if unsuccessful, through arbitration in Shenzhen, China.
